I'm a seasoned tax and financial professional who thrives in helping business owners accomplish their business and personal financial goals.
 
I started my accounting career after college at a Big 4 accounting firm, developing expertise in complex financial and tax issues that keep business owners up at night.
 
In addition to accounting and taxation, I have extensive background in personal financial planning for business owners, including business succession planning, tax-optimized wealth transfer planning, and other sophisticated strategies. I also write and speak frequently on business and estate planning topics, and have taught college finance courses.
 
You couldn't tell from looking at me, but I actually enjoy going to the gym and working out. I also take pleasure in listening to jazz (especially live performances), and occasionally dabble on my guitar, trying to improvise over Autumn Leaves changes (with emphasis on trying). I'm equally fluent in English, Korean, and Japanese, and enjoy reading good books in the authors' native languages.​
